| Complete retrofit and upgrade of existing EMS to Johnson
Controls Inc. (JCI) Metasys system in occupied building. Project scope
included engineering, installation, integration and cutover of 250+
DDC zones, inclusive of lighting and base building mechanical control.
Project follow on included many tenant improvement modifications.
Building employs the Afterhours Control System (ACS) developed
by Advanced Automated Systems, Inc. for touchtone tenant access
to afterhours needs. ACS provides full control, monitoring and billing
with “on-demand” Saturday usage. |
