| Complete retrofit and upgrade of existing Johnson Controls
Inc. (JCI) 8500 EMS to JCI Metasys system, in a fully occupied 50
story Class “A” high rise. Project scope included system
redesign, engineering, installation, integration and cutover of full
DDC zone and lighting control including all aspects of thermal storage
control.
Building employs the Afterhours Control System (ACS) developed
by Advanced Automated Systems, Inc. for touchtone tenant access
to afterhours needs. ACS provides full control, monitoring and billing
with “on-demand” Saturday usage.
